A proud native of Tyler, Ann Marie Hoover brings a deep-rooted understanding of the local market to her newly launched real estate career. With 16 years of experience as a Doctor of Pharmacy, primarily in independent pharmacies, Ann Marie has honed a keen focus on exceptional customer care and personalized service—qualities that seamlessly translate into her approach to real estate.

Ann Marie is actively involved in her community through her membership with the Sunrise Rotary Club, the Texas Association of Business Brokers (TABB), and the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). These affiliations underscore her commitment to both community service and professional excellence.

Married to Jeff Petersen, Ann Marie is a devoted mother of five children. Her three older children are pursuing diverse paths: one is serving in the Navy and is the father of a two-year-old, another daughter is balancing life as a mother of a one-year-old and a two-year-old, and her third child is following a passion for photography. Ann Marie’s two younger children are actively involved in sports and music while attending Tyler ISD schools. This wide range of family experiences, combined with her deep local knowledge, provides her with valuable insights into the needs and concerns of families in the area. At home, she enjoys the company of her beloved Giant Schnauzer, Margo Reed.

In her free time, Ann Marie leads an active lifestyle, indulging in swimming, hiking, wake-surfing, and snowboarding. Her enthusiasm for these activities reflects her dynamic and energetic approach to both life and work.
