Becky began her real estate career as a Certified Agent Support Specialist and Operations Manager for Marcus & Millichap REIS, the #1 Commercial Real Estate Investment Services Brokerage in the nation. She managed the downtown Fort Worth, Texas, office, where she supported seven in-house executive teams and over fifty associates, including the remote management of the Tulsa and Oklahoma City offices. During her time there, she designed a new training program for agents that quickly attracted corporate attention and became implemented company-wide, hosting weekly training seminars for up to hundreds of agents across the nation at a time. Her tenure there provided her with invaluable and extensive knowledge of the industry, while simultaneously shaping her passion for it.
After making the move back home to Tyler, Becky became a residential real estate agent, as well as the Director of Operations and Marketing for a local CRE firm, before joining Scarborough CRE as an Associate – bringing almost a decade of experience in both the commercial and residential sectors of the real estate industry.
Prior to entering real estate, Becky spent 12 years as a marketing and branding consultant, helping small businesses develop their brand identity and drive business growth. Her expertise in turning clients' visions and goals into compelling brands and marketing strategies, along with her experience with a diverse range of industries, has given her a keen understanding of how to tailor her approach to meet each of her unique real estate clients' needs – from finding properties that align with the vision of her clients' businesses, to helping investors build and grow profitable real estate portfolios.
In her personal life, Becky loves cheering on her two boys, Hayden and Zane, at their many sporting events, exploring the outdoors with their dog Chloe, and attending their church of Rose Heights. Her spare time is spent traveling, golfing, working out, interior decorating, and spending quality time with her family and close friends.
